tasting notes

Visual Phase
Straw yellow with lemony reflections. It has a certain cloudiness due to the fact that it has not been filtered or clarified.

Olfactory Phase
Fresh and clean nose with citrus aromas, herbaceous in Mediterranean mountain and very marine aromas such as iodine and saltpetre.

Tasting Phase
Light and harmonious on the palate, gaining in intensity. Citrus fruits such as grapefruit and lemon reappear, with herbaceous nuances and notes of a markedly saline character.
Its passage is medium (+) with a finish of medium intensity, complex and fresh.
