Description
Varieties: 60% Garnacha, 25% Tempranillo, 15% Syrah.
Harvest date: Between 27 September and 21 October 2022.
Characteristics
Continental climate (dry summers and cold winters), pebble soil with a sandy loam texture. Mountainous area with altitudes between 900 and 1000 m, grapes are harvested.
Vineyard details: 8 year old vineyards on trellises, with natural drainage and an average yield of 3000 kg/ha. The grapes are harvested during the second half of October and the first half of November.
Fermentation details: In stainless steel tanks for 15 – 25 days at 28ĀŗC – 30ĀŗC. We use the “bazuqueo” technique to avoid excessive extraction and skin breakage.

Serra de Gudar-*Javalambre.
Rubielos de Mora. Teruel.
Characteristics of the plots
Onerous, shallow soil for Garnacha. Calcareous clay soil for Tempranillo. Mountain vineyard at an altitude of 980 metres.
Plots of ColuviĆ³n in Pago Alto and La Loma in Rubielos de Mora (Teruel).
Vinification
In stainless steel tanks of 2000 and 3000 litres. Whole grapes destemmed and not crushed.
Short maceration with light pumping over.
Ageing
6 months in concrete tanks on their wrappings.
