Tasting Notes

Appearance:
Deep ruby colour limpid and glistening with dense, lazy tears.

Olfactory phase:
Nose of great frankness, medium intensity (+). Aromatic range of black and red fruit (plums, redcurrants and raspberries) on a slightly toasted background.

Tasting phase:
A fast and fresh entry on the palate. Medium acidity (+) and sweet and structured tannins.
It brings back memories of black and red fruit with a medium intensity (+) and a pleasant, tasty and fruity aftertaste.
