Technical data

Vintage 2021. 100% Albariño white wine with Designation of Origin Rías Baixas. Production area Valle del Salnés. Cold racking for 48 hours at 12º. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC for 20 days.

tasting notes

Visual Phase:
Straw yellow, with a slight greenish hue, clear and bright. Very fine carbonic.

Olfactory phase:
Medium-high intensity with aromatic herbs, white fruits, apple, pear, citrus, lemon peel and floral background.

Tasting phase:
Fresh palate, good acidity with volume, fruity, balanced, intense, elegant bitter finish.
